'City/Ruins: Art In The Face Of Industrial Decay' - premiere screening

     On 15th December Abandonment label are organizing the premiere screening for Bulgaria of 'City/Ruins: Art in the Face of Industrial Decay'. The movie, directed by Stephen Petrus is a documentary that allows the Cleveland Industrial / Noise community to describe in their own words the characteristics of their underground scene. 

It is an oral history of a currently raging music community stranded amid the decay of the Rust Belt. For it's 135 minutes it features over 20 interviews and 18 different performers in the Cleveland Industrial scene - here are some of the names: Skin Graft, Aaron Dilloway, Arsonist's Prayer, Contamination Diet, Robert Turman, Murderous Vision, Cunting Daughters, Nyodene D, Lisa Miralia, Michael James, XTerminal, Glacial 23, The Family Chapter, Order Of Melchizedek, Jerk, Collapsed Arc, Ghostpussy, Black Mayonnaise, Fascist Insect, Dead Peaseant Insurance and Ralf Hausman. Watch the trailer below: 

  After the screening there will be a DJ set with raw industrial/ noise tracks, selected by Seraphim Veluvian, also known from the projects Adonai Atrophia/IC1101.

  

  The screening will take place at club Neu Berlin, the entry is free. There will be also a stand with vinyls, tapes and discs provided by Abandonment, Amek and Kontingent labels.
