Bambara are a Brooklyn noise/ deathrock/ punk trio, consisting of Reid Bateh - vocals, William Brookshire - bass and Blaze Bateh - drums. Originally from Atlanta, GA, they move to New York in 2011, where they begin to form a more gritty and deafening sound. Their second full-lenght album, Swarm, released earlier this year from Arrowhawk Records, builds on the home-recorded foundations of the 2013's Dreamviolence into a landscape of it's own sound. The twelve tracks clock in well under three minutes, where the brevity transcends the trio's rage into a fine point. You can get the album from here.
