Storm And Fracture is their debut release. Expect really fast, aggressive and extremely technical style of playing. Coins As Portraits take a progressive approach to songwriting, pushing past genre boundaries. Their experimenting with grindcore involves unusual time signatures, dissonance and unconventional song structures. A form of extreme music that bears little resemblance to traditional metal. One interesting fact (at least for me) was that the whole album was recorded, mixed and mastered by Marius Costache, whom we here know for his excellent work with Expectations on their debut album.
